Founder and Executive Director of Hilab, art conservation firm specializing in preventive conservation, paintings conservation, and other services. 30 years experience serving private collectors, corporate clients, and cultural institutions. International advisor to museums, with experience in museum construction projects, museum standards, care of collections, and staff training. Experience in teaching and training, in English and Spanish. Has published professional articles, and is guest speaker and contributor to national and regional publications about conservations issues. Has received numerous grants and awards from the Getty, ICOM, National Endowment for the Humanities, and others.
